Delaware LLC is seeking a Judicial Case Management Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure timely progression of court cases. You will supervise multiple positions, resolve escalated issues, and train staff in best practices.

You will coordinate activities with internal and external departments and ensure compliance with all rules and procedures. The role requires experience in case management, research, and narrative reporting, with strong communication and leadership skills to support court

Formación

• Three years’ experience in managing cases as they move through the legal process.
• Two years’ experience in researching files, records, and other sources of information, to ensure accurate case data and resolve issues in case flow or other issues.
• Two years’ experience in narrative report writing.
• Coursework, training and/or work experience in staff supervision which may include performing as a lead worker overseeing the work of others.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises two or more full-time positions in this class series, planning, assigning, reviewing, evaluating, coaching, training, disciplining, and recommending hire, termination, and promotion.
• Serves as contact to resolve escalated case management and processing issues and is well-versed in court operations.
• Coordinates case activities with internal and external departments, agencies and courts/units.
• Ensures compliance of judicial case management work with applicable rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
• Provides case management and administrative support for court proceedings and trial-related activities both in and outside the courtroom.
• Evaluates operations and performance; recommends new or revised processes to improve effectiveness and compliance.
• Confers with judicial officers/administrators on matters affecting daily court caseload management.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure efficient case management and resolve complex issues.
