Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 1 year related experience preferred.
• Experience purchasing, inventory management, or course materials management preferred.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with academic departments, faculty, staff and vendors to collect course material adoptions.
• Manage adoption data using ERP, Excel, and related software.
• Support procurement: create purchase orders, check availability and pricing.
• Administer and support course material affordability programs.
• Maintain inventory through shelving, stock maintenance and returns processing.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports and analyses for management.
