Job summary

Credence has an immediate need for a Course Manager (Housing) to support the Civil Engineer School (AFIT/CE) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. AFIT/CE provides continuing education to DoD and other federal agencies, with over 80 courses and 12,000 students annually.

The role encompasses enrollments, transcripts, SIS/SLcM and LMS management, record-keeping for access and course completion, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of courses. A U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
• BS/BA in Education, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in education management.
• Proficiency with SIS/SLcM and LMS (Canvas).

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollments, rosters, graduation certificates, and transcript requests.
• Oversee student enrollments in SIS/SLcM and LMS, including troubleshooting and resolving access issues.
• Ensure course completion records are provided for system access authorization upon completion and when requested.
• Manage registration or course management issues during development and deployment of courses.
• Document organization-specific processes and responsibilities derived from PWS requirements for continuity and knowledge transfer.

Position Summary

Credence has an immediate need for a Course Manager (Housing) who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Civil Engineer School (AFIT/CE) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. AFIT/CE is the Air Force's sole provider of professional continuing education courses in civil engineering. With more than 80 courses and seminars, the school plans, develop, and conducts resident and distance learning courses and programs to satisfy the professional continuing educational needs of civil engineer customers from the Department of the Air Force, DoD, and other federal agencies. More than 12,000 students receive education from AFIT/CE each year.

The school currently offers Air Force courses ranging in length from two days to 10 weeks in the disciplines of technical civil engineer courses, environmental, engineering management, and housing. It is also the leader in distance and blended learning education for the civil engineering workforce, providing the tools, skills, and abilities to manage the entire spectrum of a civil engineering expertise through various media and forums.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

• Manage enrollments, create attendance rosters, produce graduation certificates, and fulfill transcript requests
• Manage student enrollments in SIS/SLcM and LMS, including troubleshooting and resolving student access issues within SLcM and LMS
• Ensure course completion records necessary for system access authorization are provided to the responsible authorities upon course completion and when requested
• Manage registration or course management-related issues during the development and deployment of courses
• Document organization-specific processes, roles, and responsibilities derived from PWS requirements to maintain continuity of required actions and deliverables and support knowledge transfer to a successor contractor or Government representative

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Are you a U.S. Citizen and able to meet this requirement?
• BS/BA degree in Education, Management, or a related discipline
• Five years of experience in education management
• Proficiency with SIS/SLcM and LMS, including Canvas
• Skill Level: Hybrid | Tier 1
