Job summary

Wayne County Hospital Inc. is seeking a courier to deliver labs and paperwork from outlying clinics to the hospital, and to deliver medications to customers in Wayne County and surrounding counties. Shifts run Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.

until deliveries are complete, with weekends possible in the future. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and successful completion of a background check, physical, drug screen, and TB test.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Background check clearance required.
• COVID/flu vaccination or approved exemptions required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver labs and paperwork from outlying clinics to Wayne County Hospital.
• Deliver medications to customers in Wayne County and surrounding counties.

Qualifications:Valid Driver’s License

Mandatory Reporting certification required within 6 months of hire
Must pass background check, physical, drug screen, and TB Test. COVID vaccine and seasonal flu vaccine or approved exemptions are required upon hire.
