Job summary

Wayne County Hospital Inc. in Corydon, IA is seeking a full-time clinical support professional to greet patients, take vitals, draw blood, and perform lab tests. You will communicate with patients and facilities for referrals, and document all activities in the EMR.

A valid Iowa LPN/RN license or Medical Assistant certification is required, with BLS at minimum. The role offers 12-hour shifts across 3 days per week with potential weekend duties and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license or Medical Assistant certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Clinic experience is preferred.
• Mandatory Reporting certification must be completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and take vitals.

• Chart patient information in the EMR.
• Assist with other clinical duties as assigned.
