Qualifications

• Associate's degree in logistics, engineering or business and 2 years of supervisory experience required
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CDL License preferred

Responsibilities

• Distributes daily work assignments, directs staff, including full-time, student, and temporary workers
• Manages performance expectations and overtime, and ensures policy compliance
• Performs operational duties, tracks delivery movements and routes
• Ensures correct deliveries and consults with departments for scheduling
• Monitors vehicle regulations, maintenance, and contingency plans
• Addresses inquiries and maintains rapport to prevent delays
• Prepares reports and manages financial records
