Responsibilities include preparing IPT in Fareye, managing smart labels, supervising driver scanners, monitoring with Samsara, and coordinating with dispatch to resolve issues and keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to logistics operations (DOT, traffic laws).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily courier activities and ensure efficient delivery operations.
• Prepare IPT using Fareye platform daily.
• Set up and manage smart labels for shipments.
• Monitor driver scanners and manage LDAP access.
• Conduct daily vehicle audits after sorting on routes.
• Review Samsara vehicle cameras for safety and compliance.
• Maintain oil logs and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Respond to emails and address complaints promptly.
• Ensure timely driver departures to meet schedules.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with dispatch to resolve pickup cutoffs.
