Summary Description:

This position is responsible for the pickup and transportation of pharmaceuticals to and from BH's Retail/Specialty Pharmacies to BH's pharmacy clients, patients, and hospital/practice affiliates. The role includes delivering medications and other medication-related items as directed by the Courier Lead and/or Dispatch. Flexibility with shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and route rotations, is required. The position may also involve the safe transport of patients.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be 100% accurate in understanding routes, transportation software, and medication delivery requirements.
2. Must be able to complete all courier routes with minimal supervision.
3. Must perform duties requested by Lead Courier and/or Dispatch with 100% accuracy.
4. Must maintain medication integrity during transport.
5. Must have the ability to transport patients safely.

Minimally Required Experience:

1. 1-2 years experience as a courier/transportation or equivalent.
2. Valid Driver's License (additional requirements may apply as per BH-HR-902 Fleet Policy).
3. Proficient or above evaluations.
4. No accidents unless no fault.
5. No written warnings.
