Summary Description:

This position is responsible for the pick-up and transportation of pharmaceuticals to and from BH's Retail/Specialty Pharmacies to BH's pharmacy clients, patients, and hospital/practice affiliates. Responsibilities include delivering medications and other medication-related items as directed by the Courier Lead and/or Dispatch. Flexibility with shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and route rotations, may be required. The role may also involve the safe transport of patients.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be 100% accurate in understanding routes, transportation software, and medication delivery requirements.
2. Must be able to complete all courier routes with minimal supervision.
3. Must perform assigned duties requested by Lead Courier and/or Dispatch with 100% accuracy.
4. Must maintain medication integrity during transport.
5. Must be capable of transporting patients safely.

Minimum Required Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience as a courier/transportation or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License (additional requirements may apply per BH-HR-902 Fleet Policy).
• Proficient or above evaluations.
• No preventable accidents.
• No written warnings.
