Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA invites married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8-13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver''s license and ability to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
