Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students, helping their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in a supervisory or mentoring role.
• Two-person couple role required; married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules to foster a structured environment.
• Administer medications and monitor student health and wellness as needed.
• Drive students to activities and actively participate in development/recreational planning.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
