Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, and leading devotions.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple must be married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be 27+ years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
