Milton Hershey School on campus in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students.

The role includes daily supervision, meal planning, driving to activities, budgeting, and leading devotions. Eligibility requires a two-year marriage, age 27+, and a driver’s license. Benefits plus relocation/training are offered.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year marriage required.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning/developing activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
