Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residential roles in on-campus student homes, providing care, mentorship, and supervision for a group of 8-13 students.

The position involves living on campus, managing routines, transporting and guiding students, leading devotions, budgeting, and reporting. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses 27+, and able to lift 50 lbs; housing and full benefits included.

Qualificações

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27+.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
