Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision for 8-13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment.

The role includes daily supervision, routines, medications, transportation to activities, planning development and recreation, and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be at least 27 years old.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (no proselytizing).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
