Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents: a married couple living on campus to supervise and support a group of 8-13 students.

Matched couples provide care, guidance and mentorship, manage daily routines, and participate in devotions and Chapel services. The role includes budgeting oversight, driving students, and coordinating activities, with comprehensive benefits and housing provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning engaging activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
