Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and supporting 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, overseeing household routines, devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years and meet age and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
