Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples as Full‑time Flex Houseparents to reside on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. These couples will provide daily supervision, schedule management, medical support, and transportation to activities.

Flex Houseparents will lead daily devotions, participate in Sunday Chapel, and handle budgeting and reporting for their household. The position requires a legally married couple for at least two years.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
