Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks full-time Flex Houseparents who are married couples to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8-13 students. The role emphasizes a structured, family-like environment and student development.

Two-spouse teams must meet eligibility criteria, including two years of marriage, age 27+, and a commitment to a smoke-free campus. Compensation includes housing, meals on duty, and benefits.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
