Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes, provide care and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students, and help create a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.

The role begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with opportunities to transition into a placed houseparent.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for married couples (two years minimum).
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to get driver certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
