Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this on-campus role, couples live in student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students, helping them grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Two-person, legally married couple for at least two years
• Both spouses age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
