Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents for couples to live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students. You will provide care, mentorship, and a structured, family-like environment to support academic, emotional, and social development.

The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with long-term placement in a single student home.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be legally married and both spouses aged 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
