Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking a dedicated couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, coordinating routines, and supporting their academic and social growth.

The role begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent. Applicants must be a legally married two-person team, both at least 27 years old, with a high school diploma or GED, and a valid

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse position requires both spouses to meet criteria.
• Must be a Georgia? (No)
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
