Job summary

Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. Couples provide care, supervision, and guidance for about 8–13 students and operate on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with a path to a placed houseparent role.

Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, coordinating schedules, managing medications, driving students to activities, and leading devotions and Chapel services.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-person couple role, married for at least two years, age 27+.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and supervise wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development/recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
