Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students in a family-like setting. The role includes governance of routines, devotions, and student activities.

The positions begin with a nine-on, three-off schedule, then transition into a placed houseparent role. Eligible couples receive housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse role, legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
