Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus homes, mentoring 8–13 students, and coordinating daily routines, activities, and devotions to foster growth. Roles begin with nine days on, followed by three off, then transition to a placed home with the same students.

The position offers housing and comprehensive benefits. Requires a two-year marriage, 27+ years old, and a high school diploma or GED.

Formación

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Managing household routines, schedules, and student activities.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational events.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
