Job summary

Charter Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with Coupa expertise to lead the migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud. This remote role begins with a Week 1 onsite at the nearest client location, then transitions to a remote setup while remaining integrated with the client teams.

The ideal candidate holds a finance/procurement-focused degree and has extensive experience in P2P, S2C, and supplier onboarding within Coupa. Strong communication with developers and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance/Accounting or Procurement field or relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Supplier Onboarding in Coupa.
• Experience bridging business stakeholders and developers; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owner to translate business needs into actionable requirements for migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud.
• Define configurations and changes for the migration; document and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create test strategies and scripts; support sprint execution and change management activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize disruption and ensure value delivery.
