Job summary

American IT Systems in Dallas, TX seeks a Coupa Consultant to support, configure, enhance, and maintain the Coupa procurement platform, working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams through implementation, testing, go-live, and hypercare.

You will lead administration, configuration, automation, documentation, and training while collaborating with Purchasing and Accounts Payable teams in an Agile delivery environment to ensure alignment with procurement policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Coupa Procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience configuring and administering Coupa.
• Knowledge of approval workflows and financial process design.
• Understanding of catalog management and supplier processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Coupa administration and maintenance.
• Configure settings and manage approval workflows.
• Support process automation and procurement efficiency.
• Create and maintain functional documentation.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project delivery.
