Qualifications

• 6+ years of change management, consulting, or SaaS implementations.
• Experience leading change management across multiple full lifecycle Coupa or enterprise technology implementations.
• Proven success delivering to large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients.
• Mentoring junior team members and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, delivering change management support across the full Coupa suite.
• Lead change management discovery workshops and design interventions.
• Create and execute change management strategies including communications and training.
• Develop communications and training materials and job aids.
• Monitor user readiness and adoption, identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to prioritize people aspects of change.
• Define and track success metrics for project leadership and clients.
