Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a senior Coupa practitioner with hands-on ERP integration and API experience to guide clients through selection, transformation, and implementation across cloud systems.

You’ll work with a team that values continuous learning, AI-enabled solutions, and business development activities while traveling domestically for milestones and client needs. A bachelor’s degree and Coupa experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline.
• Coupa certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically 50-75% for project milestones; travel varies based on client preferences.

Responsibilities

• Advise key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa.
• Hands-on involvement in full-scale implementation, project management, and change management.
• Design, testing, and integration enablement support for ERP systems and related modules.
• Develop automated integrations and RESTful API-based connections between endpoints.
• Stay informed on AI tools and collaborate to enhance client solutions.
• Contribute beyond client delivery to recruiting, marketing, and practice development.
• Drive performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
