Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting seeks an experienced Coupa consultant to guide client implementations from discovery through go-live. You will design, configure, and optimize Coupa modules, manage integrations, and drive project success with hands-on leadership.

You will work with ERP teams, leverage ETL and RESTful API strategies, stay current on AI-enabled tools, and travel domestically 50–75% for client milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline.
Coupa certification preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically 50-75% for project milestones.

Responsibilities

Advise key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa; hands-on involvement in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements/design, and testing.
Utilize a broad array of technical experience across the Coupa suite: Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Asset Management.
Develop AI-enabled solutions in line with firm policies on data protection and IP; stay informed about emerging AI tools.
Engage beyond client delivery in recruiting, marketing, and practice development; drive operational improvements.
