The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Drug & Alcohol Administrator 1 to oversee countywide SUD services, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements and meeting community needs. The role involves leadership, coordination of service delivery, and monitoring across Beaver County.

Responsibilities include program oversight, fiscal management, contract administration, community collaboration, data reporting, and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirements with progressive professional experience in human services.
• Supervisory experience of human service professionals required.
• Ability to meet PA residency and essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Program Oversight: manage planning, implementation, and monitoring to meet goals.
• Fiscal Management: administer budgets, review financial reports, ensure prudent use of funds.
• Contract Administration: develop contracts, oversee providers, coordinate amendments.
• Community Coordination: collaborate with agencies, boards, and workgroups.
• Data and Reporting: evaluate trends, prepare reports, manage state reporting systems.
• Staff Leadership: supervise staff and ensure policy/regulation compliance.
