OPmobility SE is seeking a COUNTRY SUPPLY CHAIN INTERN - COMPLIANCE in Greer, SC to support certificates of origin processing and supplier coordination. The role offers an apprentice contract with flexible hours and hands-on mentoring in a global mobility company.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a related bachelor’s degree, has BOM familiarity, and strong Excel skills. This entry-level position provides on-the-job learning, exposure to automotive supply chains, and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• BOM concepts and valuation of finished products knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Import/Export and free trade agreements.
• Detail oriented with good communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compiling information for certificates of origin and coordinating with Buckland.
• Send reminders to suppliers when responses are late.
• Escalate to Purchasing when suppliers do not collaborate.
• Define priorities for third-party based on customer communications and deliveries.
• Maintain the components compliance database (origin country, HTS codes, tariffs).

• Job Title : COUNTRY SUPPLY CHAIN INTERN - COMPLIANCE
• Type of contract : Apprentice
• Expected Hiring Date : ASAP

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the customer satisfaction by issuing the information needed to our third-party, Buckland, who manages the certificates of origin to the OEMs portal.
• Compile the information needed to issue the certificates of origin requested by our customer. Send reminders to the suppliers when late in their answer to our third-party.
• Escalade to our Purchasing team when suppliers do not collaborate.
• Define priorities for our 3rd party depending on Customer communications and actual deliveries of the Finished Goods.
• Maintain the database related to components Compliance parameters : country of origine, HTS codes and Tariffs

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree for International Trade, International Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
• Familiar with the concept of Bill Of Material of a product and the valuation structure of the finished product
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and XLS
• Basic knowledge of Import / Export and free trade agreements
• Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management
• Detail oriented and good communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
