Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a SITE SUPPLY CHAIN INTERN in Greer, SC. The role supports stock data tracking, reporting, and inventory analysis on a long-term at-will basis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, proficient in Excel, with strong analytical and teamwork skills, and willingness to work on the production floor. Flexible hours and mentorship are provided to students.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, administration, finance or data analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis techniques.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking stock data.
• Run relevant reports for the supply chain department and teams.
• Analyze daily results from cycle counts to identify trends and trigger investigations.
• Support in WMS activities.
• Assist in managing and analyzing inventory trends.
• Analyze data to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
• Create performance reports for the supply chain planning team and Greer warehouse.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with tracking stock data.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree for Supply Chain, Business Management or Administration, Finance or Data Analytics.
• Detail oriented and good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with operators, technicians, engineers, and managers.
• Willingness to spend significant time on the production floor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
