OPmobility is seeking a Site Supply Chain Material Planner in Greer, SC to ensure timely delivery of components from suppliers and to manage forecasts using SAP data. The role requires coordinating with domestic and international suppliers, releasing and replanning orders, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Ideal candidates have a college degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and 5 years in supplier-focused roles within a logistics-orientated environment.

• 5 years experience working with domestic and international suppliers.
• Experience with transportation/logistics industry helpful.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure suppliers have accurate forecast of releases to meet production requirements.
• Use SAP data to prepare forecast.
• Plan orders for components from suppliers based on forecast.
• Escalate suppliers for past due materials or delivery issues.
• Monitor stock levels of components/materials to ensure on-time delivery.
• Release orders from suppliers and replan when necessary.
• Review and update released and planned orders daily.
• Communicate and follow up on orders with suppliers; expedite when needed.
• Maintain and control inventory balances.
• Review obsolescence and off balance stock; LH vs RH inventory matching.
• Review supplier deliveries vs invoicing.
• Review WMS errors with shop floor teams.
• Review supplier packaging and packaging inventory.
• Forecast and manage engineering change run out and run in.

Responsibilities :
