• 2+ years distributor management and channel partnerships experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Execute commercial strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and market share objectives.
• Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and ensure compliance with Kia standards.
• Manage distributor relationships, pricing negotiations, promotional calendars, model mix, and inventory allocations.
• Analyze market dynamics, competition and customer trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop country-level action plans for sales initiatives, launches, promotions and market expansion.
• Collaborate with Kia CSA teams and Kia HQ on market planning, forecasting, and alignment with regional/global strategies.
• Report on country performance to Head of Sales and Top Management with analysis and recommendations.
• Support CSA teams with market insights and strategy.
