Citi is seeking a Country Enterprise Resilience Manager to lead the resilience program in Israel. You will own policy implementation, risk assessment, and crisis management, working with local and global teams to ensure continuity and rapid recovery.

You will coordinate testing, training and communications, advise senior stakeholders, and help improve resilience across business lines, technology and operations within a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field as listed.
• Experience in enterprise resilience, business continuity or crisis management.
• Experience working in a large, global organisation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate enterprise resilience activities for the country.
• Develop BIAs, BRPs, CMPs and crisis response plans.
• Coordinate testing, training and communications for resilience.
• Provide status updates to regional and global ER teams.
• Advise stakeholders on recovery strategies and resilience capabilities.
