Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years or 7 years with a Master’s degree implementing resilience programs in a large multinational or consulting firm.
• Experience leading global BCM, enterprise resilience, crisis management, or disaster recovery in a large organization.
• Working knowledge of BIAs, risk assessments, recovery strategies, continuity planning, crisis response, exercises and plan testing.
• Ability to influence across a global matrix organization and align multiple resilience pillars.

Aufgaben

• Lead Pfizer’s global Business Continuity Management program within the enterprise resilience framework.
• Improve BCM framework, governance, tools, reporting, and guidance across the corporation.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to sites and functions for integrated resilience programs and continuity plans.
• Coordinate across resilience pillars: BCM, crisis management, emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, loss prevention and risk.
• Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and advise on mitigation priorities.
• Lead operational resilience processes including risk reviews and reporting to senior leadership.
• Support incident response, crisis coordination, and restoration of critical operations.
• Design and deliver resilience training, exercises, and preparedness activities for leaders and teams.
• Promote adoption of resilience practices through communications, briefings, and communities of practice.
