Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Resiliency Manager in Jersey City, NJ (or Houston, TX) to lead strategic resiliency initiatives. You will collaborate with C-suite leaders, design and implement business continuity, technology, and third‑party resiliency plans, and manage incident response efforts.

This role requires 7+ years in the field, 2+ years of people management, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in Project Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with CBCP and/or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic resiliency projects with C‑suite alignment.
• Manage a team, including training, quality reviews and development.
• Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate plans and identify gaps.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Resiliency policies and regulatory obligations.
• Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as required.
