Cutting Edge Countertops in Perrysburg, OH is hiring Countertop Production Specialists for our 2nd shift. You will operate saws and CNC machines, load materials with cranes, and help finish products for residential and commercial projects.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a $2.00 shift differential, competitive pay starting at $19/hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and safe operation of machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and diagrams.
• Physical stamina to stand and lift materials for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machinery operation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload materials using overhead cranes and lifting aids.
• Operate saws and CNC machines to cut and manufacture materials.
• Use fabricator tools for cutting, grinding, and polishing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Perform quality checks to ensure specifications are met.

Essential Functions & Qualifications

You will play a critical role in the machining and finishing of materials. Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading materials using overhead cranes and other lifting assists
• Operating saws and CNC machines to cut and manufacture materials
• Operating fabricator-related hand tools used for cutting, grinding and polishing of material
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving any operational issues
• Performing quality checks to ensure fabricated materials meet required specifications

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and schematic diagrams
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
