Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is looking for a Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst with an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly. In this role, you will conduct all-source analysis and assess potential foreign intelligence threats to U.S. interests.

We are seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst with an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly for a contract to be awarded around October 2026.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct all‑source analysis across the functions of CI using information and intelligence from multiple sources to identify trends, gaps, and leads
• Assess, interpret, forecast, and provide warning of foreign intelligence services’ intent and capability to target U.S. interests
• Collaborate with community analysts and coordinate CI analytical products for quality‑of‑analysis evaluation and peer review in accordance with Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community (IC) processes
• Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting to collect sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests

Required Education & Experience:

• Graduate of an in‑residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or military Service equivalent
• Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category or a Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the Master’s degree
• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Active TS/SCI with Poly

Highly desired background/experience:

• Support to CI risk assessments, supply chain risk assessments, CI support to Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA), or analytical support to one or more of the following CI functions: collection, functional services, investigations, and operations

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000/year. Factors that influence final salary include geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
