Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior counter, warehouse, and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn our products and processes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and by phone
• Help customers place and verify orders for HVAC and plumbing products
• Receive and stock inventory; keep products organized for quick access
• Support warehouse tasks such as scanning, picking, and staging orders as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area
