We are seeking hospitality-driven Counter Servers and Baristas with guest service experience for both full- and part-time positions. If you’re passionate about food service, love the vibrant Pioneer Valley food scene, have restaurant experience, and are available on weekends, we’d love to hear from you!

1. Competitive Pay: $6.75 + tips with a base guaranteed wage of $15/hour. Servers make an average of $24-$26/hour!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service: Providing gracious hospitality to guests
2. Crafting delicious beverages and serving high-quality food
3. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all menu items
4. Performing opening and closing duties
5. Prepping, restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing to maintain a safe, pleasant environment
6. Handling multiple beverage and food orders simultaneously to meet targeted ticket times
7. Utilizing recipes and portion control
8. Balancing high volume with high quality
9. Working in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
