Job summary

Cōpa Coffeebar is seeking a friendly Counter Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and manage drive-through service with speed and accuracy. You’ll handle cash, operate a touchscreen POS, and support takeout orders in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll learn the menu to answer questions, make recommendations, and complete opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks. Weekend availability is preferred as the shop operates at peak times.

Qualifications

• No experience required; counter, drive-through, or cashier experience is a plus.
• Age 16+
• Clear, friendly communicator, in person and on a headset.
• Accurate with cash and comfortable on a touchscreen POS.
• Reliable, on time, and available for weekends.

The Counter Team Member owns the guest's first and last impression at the register, the drive-through window, and the handoff. Takeout and drive-through are expected to be 40% or more of sales, so speed and order accuracy are the core of this job.
