Edit Holdings, LLC dba Tide Cleaners in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a part-time Counter Staff to join our team. You will deliver friendly, attentive guest service at the front counter and support dry cleaning and laundry pick-up/drop-off customers.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, managing inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and assisting with garment check-in/check-out while keeping the counter area organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required for in-store transactions.
• Strong teamwork and ability to lead when needed.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.

• Accurately calculate prices and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Ensure all garments meet Tide Dry Cleaners' quality standards.
• Help train new employees in store procedures and processes.
• Open/close the store, set and meet daily goals, and maintain a clean counter area.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, while standing for extended periods.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
