Job summary

Moby Dick House of Kabob is seeking a friendly cashier to join our fast-paced team. You’ll greet guests, handle orders, process payments accurately, and help ensure a smooth dining experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to multitask. Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value a positive attitude and reliability. Competitive hourly pay and tips from the tip pool are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections.

• Ensure all orders are entered correctly and delivered to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area.
• Assist with packing and handing off takeout and delivery orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating when needed.
• Monitor inventory of front-end supplies and replenish as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
