Job summary

Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA division is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to help fleet customers source and identify the right parts, delivering knowledgeable, friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist team members, answer questions for customers, and ensure accuracy in part research. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to learn all things auto parts are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts
• High School Diploma or GED. Technical or Trade school courses or degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great listening skills and empathy for customer
• Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answer questions for customers
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers

What you’ll need:

• Experience in airport ground support equipment
• Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, AND/OR inventory management systems, a plus
• Entirely customer-centric (external/internal)
• ASE Certifications
