Job summary

Qualifications

• Serving experience required.
• Bartending experience preferred.
• 2 shift minimum availability.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain required food handler/OLCC certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Learn and share the story behind our food and ingredients.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders using the POS system.
• Package and present items according to brand standards.
• Prepare guest drinks in accordance with recipes.
• Maintain a tidy service counter and restock supplies.
• Work with kitchen and FOH staff to ensure seamless service.
• Make recommendations to enhance the guest’s visit.
• Process payments accurately and responsibly.
