The position requires mixing drinks, serving guests, and maintaining a clean, efficient service area. You will interact with guests in a friendly, upbeat atmosphere while handling payments and supporting kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
• Able to operate blenders, drink machines and other bar equipment.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per specifications.
• Interacts with guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
• Serves food and drinks to bar guests promptly and courteously.
• Completes opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Prepares fruit/vegetable garnishes for drinks.
• Presents guest checks and handles related transactions.
• Relays food orders to the kitchen via the POS system.
• Performs additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
