Job summary

Selland Hospitality Group seeks a Counter Server to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet guests, share menu knowledge, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining room while contributing to a team that embodies gracious hospitality and culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ to serve spirits.
• Hospitality or food service experience is a plus.
• Ability to provide positive, attentive and hospitable service.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest in a friendly manner.
• Provide menu and product knowledge to guests.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area.

Position Summary: Counter Server team members ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment. This includes but is not limited to greeting and acknowledging every guest in a positive manner, menu and product knowledge, keeping a clean and sanitary environment, and all other components of the restaurant’s guest service standards while growing as part of a team!
